A Two Hour Yoga and Deep Relaxation Experience

Step away from the busyness of life and give yourself the gift of time, space and deep rest.

This extended session is designed to gently guide you from movement into stillness.

We will begin with a long, nourishing warm-up to soften the body, release tension and ease you into the practice. From there, you’ll move through a slow, flowing yoga sequence to build gentle strength, improve mobility and help you feel more connected and balanced.
​
The final part of the session is where the real magic happens—around 25 minutes of deeply guided relaxation, allowing your whole system to fully switch off, restore and reset.

With longer to settle in, this experience offers a deeper sense of calm than a regular class—supporting both body and mind to truly unwind.
​
​
Soft lighting, calming music and the gentle scent of aromatherapy oils will create a soothing, spa-like atmosphere. Eye pillows will be available to help you fully relax and drift into stillness.
​
You’re warmly encouraged to bring a blanket and a pillow to create your own cosy, supportive space—think of this as your mini retreat.
