🌕 Why Hatha Yoga?

The word Hatha comes from Sanskrit:
“Ha” = sun (masculine/active energy)
“Tha” = moon (feminine/calm energy)

Hatha Yoga helps balance these energies through:

  • Asanas – physical postures

  • Pranayama – breath control

  • Dhyana – meditation

This holistic practice brings harmony to mind, body, and breath—restoring a deep sense of peace and connection.
