Yoga is so much more than a physical practice. My aim is to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture—but also guide towards a quieter mind, deeper breath, and a renewed sense of balance and wel-lbeing.

Theraputic Yoga 

A steady-paced and gentle yoga style making it ideal for beginners and those seeking a mindful, restorative practice, enhancing strength, flexibility and relaxation.  Adaptations are available for pregnant and post natal women.

​

Time:               6.30pm to 7.45pm

Both classes are held at Merley Community Centre, Harrier Drive, BH21 1XE

Restore & Renew: A 2-Hour Yoga & Deep Relaxation Experience

​

Every so often, we offer a 2 hour yoga and deep relaxation experience. 

​

This extended session is designed to gently guide you from movement into stillness. We’ll begin with a long, nourishing warm-up to soften the body, release tension and ease you into the practice. From there, you’ll move through a slow, flowing yoga sequence to build gentle strength, improve mobility and help you feel more connected and balanced.

​

The final part of the session is where the real magic happens—around 25 minutes of deeply guided relaxation, allowing your whole system to fully switch off, restore and reset.

With longer to settle in, this experience offers a deeper sense of calm than a regular class—supporting both body and mind to truly unwind.

​

Soft lighting, calming music and the gentle scent of aromatherapy oils will create a soothing, spa-like atmosphere. Eye pillows will be available to help you fully relax and drift into stillness.

You’re warmly encouraged to bring a blanket and a pillow to create your own cosy, supportive space—think of this as your mini retreat.
