Service Description
A telephone consultation is ideal if there is an acute situation or if you are unable to get to see me. During this consultation we can ascertain what is happening and prescribe a remedy to help. Time of telephone call can vary dependent on what needs to be treated. Prices will be calculated on time spent. This can then be posted or left for somebody to pick up. The price includes the remedy and postage.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please give as much notice as possible. If you cancel 48 hours (or more) before your appointment, there will be no cancelation fee. Between 24 hours and 48 hours there will be a fixed rate of £20 cancellation fee. For less than 24 hours the cancellation fee will be the full price of your treatment.
